America Must Amend the
Constitution
Memorial Day
May 30, 2022
I, Chad Koppie, am running for Federal Office in the 8th
Congressional District in Illinois. This is an appeal to the common sense
and decency of the American people relative to the abortion issue. The
Supreme Court is not infallible; they can be and are politicized. Two
examples make this point, Chief Justice Roger Taney in 1856 ruled that
Dred Scott, an African American, was not a person. Justice Harry
Blackmun in 1973 ruled that a fetus in America was not a person; the
Taney ruling very much had to do with starting the American Civil War.
600,000 Americans died during the 4-year war, 4 million African slaves
were freed with Lincolns’ Emancipation Proclamation, but still the African
Americans had no personhood, this stood until 1866 when the 14th
Amendment was passed by Congress and ratified 2 years later in 1868.
Now the former slaves were American citizens endowed with personhood
and every protection and guarantee of life, liberty, and the pursuit of
happiness provided by our beautiful Constitution. The former slaves were
no longer considered a mortgageable asset, or beasts of burden.
Therefore, their lives were protected. Disastrously, Congress inserted the
singularly catastrophic word “born” in the 14th Amendment. The insertion of
the word “born” enabled an errant and illegitimate Supreme Court to rule
abortion legal in all of America in 1973, resulting in a killing field of a Civil
War on helpless, innocent, legitimate American children, millions of times,
considered as worthless burdens. The 1,200,000 deaths by legal abortion
each year have now accumulated to 63,000,000 defenseless dead
American children.

Associate Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O’Connor cast the swing vote in 1992, in Casey v Planned Parenthood, reaffirming Roe vs. Wade, furthering the illegitimacy of the U. S. Supreme Court. If not for that solitary vote by O’Connor, Roe v Wade would have been reversed 30 years ago. That betrayal resulted in more than 40,000,000 more dead babies and still counting.

The Taney ruling of 1856 has long the been considered the worst ruling ever handed down by the top Court. The Blackmun Roe decision furthered by O’Connor must now rank as the worst decision ever by the top Court. The current Supreme Court slim Majority is now considering the overturn of Roe v Wade. We the people must let them know of our firm and unwavering support lest one or another does an O’Connor type betrayal.

if or when Roe vs. Wade is overturned, that would be a great reason to celebrate.  However, legal abortion wont' end there.  The 10th Amendment provides that all powers of the Federal government are enumerated in the Constitution. All other powers are relegated to the States and to the

People. It is known that many States will legalize abortion via the 10th Amendment if Roe v Wade is overturned. Therefore, the killing will not subside.

There is only one way to stop the massacre of the innocents and that is a Constitutional Amendment akin to the 14th Amendment granting “PERSONHOOD” and citizenship to the unborn. Article V of the Constitution of the United States authorizes State legislatures to call a

“Convention of States” to propose amendments to the Constitution. 34 State Legislatures must pass resolutions calling for an “Article V Convention of the States” to propose an amendment to guarantee
“PERSONHOOD” and all Constitutional rights for every unborn American child. Recent horrific events in Buffalo, New York and Uvalde, Texas have, and we must focus our most sincere repose on the victims, their families, and the nation. It is right and just that we do this. We the people, the real
government of the United States must finally and fully realize the egregious willfull daily death count of the abortion industry compared to the killings done by the deranged gunmen.  The American body politic is the most intelligent populace in the world. How is it that the necessary accounting of
these deaths has it that 21 deaths in Uvalde, Texas deserves unending attention from and by the fake media and the American body politic with nary any consideration or sympathy for the deaths of the other 4,000 innocent children that very same day at the American death mills such as Planned Parenthood? The illegitimate Supreme Court decision written by Elitist, Harvard Graduate, Associate Justice, Harry Blackmun is “convenient cover” for this oversite but does not stand the acid test of civil decency, truth, or common sense.  Furthermore, how complicit is this intelligent American body politic considering that in the 50-year sanctioned existence of the mass murder of the innocents and the further loss of their offspring?  Civil disobedience led by duly elected County Sheriffs could have stopped legal abortion at its inception.
I must say here that I too am complicit in not wanting to hear this silent scream for help coming from millions of helpless innocent American children. Consider Uvalde, Texas = FAILURE>
I am very much aware of all the current issues confronting America—I am not a single-issue candidate. When elected to Congress I look forward to calling out Pelosi, Schumer, the Biden Crime Family, etc. etc.  Abortion is evil. To remain silent in the face of evil is evil.
“Let’s Go Brandon.”
Respectfully,
Chad Koppie
